PROFHILO Structura is an injectable facial treatment by IBSA Derma designed to restore adipose (fat) tissue and provide deep structural support. Unlike classic Profhilo, which primarily boosts skin hydration, Structura contains a higher concentration of hyaluronic acid (90 mg / 2 ml) and targets superficial fat layers to lift and firm sagging skin naturally.

Target ProfilesStructura is primarily indicated for patients experiencing facial fat loss and advanced aging, categorized into two main profiles
- Skinners: Patients with a predominant hollow, sunken appearance and adipose depletion (especially in the lateral cheeks).

Saggers: Patients presenting with tissue drop, structural laxity, and fat bulges
Treatment Protocol
- Sessions: Typically two treatment sessions spaced 30 days apart.
- Technique: Injected into the superficial adipose layer using a fine needle or cannula.
- Results: An immediate tightening effect is often felt, with optimal structural remodeling appearing 2 to 4 weeks after the second session. Results generally last between 6 and 9 months.
